Based in the Lower East Side of New York City, Galvanized has been described by fans and press alike as the 'holy grail' of 'electro-punk groove.' Over the past three years, the Galvanized sound has evolved into a beat-driven blend of disco, new wave, and post-punk, resulting in a hypnotic mix of the austere and the ornate, the organic and electronic.

Galvanized's second release, Stripped (recorded in London with Gordon Raphael), elicited comparisions to Wire and Kraftwerk, while their latest material veers even further towards the realm of electronica.

One of their latest explorations in dance music, "Lovergirl," was both recently featured in the film of the same name and included on the latest Record Camp compliation, Brooklyn Keeps On Takin' It.
